Help, my order is damaged, or I received the wrong item! What should I do?
Please email us at sales@broccolimag.com if there’s anything wrong with your order. We will help make it right! Please be kind when issues arise: remember that a human being will be trying to help you. 

Do you accept returns? 
We do not accept returns, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please email us at sales@broccolimag.com and we’ll figure out how to help you. 

How will my item be packaged? 
We use basic, generic packaging, with no branding other than a shipping label. Generic packaging is more likely to be recyclable, and means that we don’t have to mark up pricing to pay for special boxes. Please reuse or recycle our packaging.

Do you offer local pickups? 
Sorry, we do not offer in-person pickups. 

What about the holidays?
Holidays are busy times for mail carriers. Place your orders early to ensure that there’s plenty of time to receive your package even if there are service delays. Shipping times and transit times cannot be guaranteed.


UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Where will my order ship from? 
We ship to all US locations from our fulfillment center partners in Colorado Spring, CO. 

How long will it take for my order to be processed? 
Orders are typically processed within one business day, Monday through Friday. During the holidays or other rush periods, processing time may increase slightly. 

How long will shipping take? 
Within the US, we ship with the USPS. Our fulfillment team will ship via Media Mail or Ground Advantage depending on which items you order and their weights. Typical transit time is 2-8 business days once the USPS does their first scan. If it seems like your package is lost in transit, please email us at sales@broccolimag.com. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (everywhere other than the US)

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We process international shipments on Tuesdays and Fridays.

How are international orders shipped (all orders outside the USA)? 
We ship from Berlin, typically via the German Post, PostNL, or FedEx, depending on the weight of your package and the destination. 


Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

All orders are shipping with duties and taxes unpaid. If charges arise, they are out of our control and your responsibility to pay. 


How can I track my package?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. International tracking won't directly link, so we've included a link to a universal tracker where you can copy and paste your information. 

When will I receive my order?
We want you to receive your order as fast as possible! International mail delivery times vary based on the weight of your order and your location. Heavier packages ship FedEx and will arrive faster. Lighter packages ship via the German Post or PostNL and will take more time.  Europe are 1-2 weeks, UK 3-5 weeks, Canada is 2-4 weeks, other continents 3-4 weeks. Australia may take up to 8 weeks or more. 

My package seems to have stopped moving.
If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. Please get in touch if you have questions.
